Blair Cottrill has been with Property Brokers since 2013 and in this time has sold in excess of $150 million worth of Rural Real Estate. Having a wide-ranging background, including 10 years in agribusiness banking predominantly in the Manawatu, he has countless contacts within the rural professional and corporate sectors. His farming interests started from childhood, being raised on “Cross Hills”, a 10,000 stock unit sheep and beef station near Pongaroa. He has also owned and managed a 240 cow dairy farm and has subsequently developed a comprehensive understanding of the dairy, sheep and beef sectors. After managing a successful large scale Rural manufacturing factory in the Manawatu, Ted knows first-hand the value of relationships and how important communication and valuing time, is to client service. Passionate about people and relationships, moving into rural real estate has been a natural progression, utilising his business skills and a large number of contacts combined with his knowledge of the district and its features creating some real benefits to the business of selling farms and lifestyle properties. Partner to Lauren, they live on a lifestyle block outside of Feilding, when not at work Ted enjoys playing golf being a member at Feilding and Rangatira, as well as hunting, and socialising with friends.
