Raised on Cross Hills — a 10,000-stock unit sheep and beef station near Pongaroa — Blair’s connection to the land runs deep. He’s also owned and operated a 240-cow dairy farm, giving him a solid understanding of the dairy, sheep, and beef sectors from the inside out. His 10 years in agribusiness banking, primarily across the Manawatū, have helped him develop strong ties within the rural professional and corporate sectors — connections that benefit his clients every day.

Blair’s knowledge of both the operational and economic drivers of rural land makes him a valuable advisor in any market. His in-depth understanding of local regulations, including the Horizons One Plan, sets him apart and ensures his clients are equipped with accurate, practical advice from start to finish.

A proud father of two teenage boys, Blair is family-focused and community-minded. He’s actively involved in the Manawatū Referee’s Association and the Manawatū Marine Boating Club. In his spare time, you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors — whether it’s hunting in the hills or spending time at the coast.

Whether you’re selling a large-scale farm or a lifestyle block, Blair combines local knowledge, rural expertise, and a no-nonsense approach to help landowners achieve the best possible result.

Ted Shannon

Ted Shannon brings a powerful mix of rural roots, business acumen, and genuine people skills to every property transaction. Raised on a sheep and beef farm in the Rangitīkei district, Ted has a deep connection to the land and a passion for the rural sector that runs through everything he does.

Before stepping into rural real estate, Ted successfully managed a large-scale rural manufacturing operation in the Manawatū — experience that sharpened his understanding of what truly matters in business: relationships, communication, and respect for people’s time. These values now underpin his approach to real estate.

Since making the move into property, Ted has quickly become known for his strong network, energy, and results-driven mindset — selling over $50 million worth of rural and lifestyle real estate across the region. His knowledge of the land, combined with his understanding of the district’s unique characteristics, gives both buyers and sellers a clear advantage.

Now married to Lauren, the couple live on a lifestyle block just outside Feilding, fully immersed in the rural lifestyle they help others achieve. Outside of work, Ted enjoys playing golf (as a proud member of both Feilding and Rangatira Golf Clubs), getting into the hills for a hunt, and spending time with friends.

Ted is committed to delivering a seamless and professional experience in every business interaction, with the goal of building strong, long-term relationships along the way. With a passion for people and a drive to succeed, Ted brings energy, focus, and follow-through to every deal.
