Blair Cottrill has been with Property Brokers since 2013 and in this time has sold in excess of $150 million worth of Rural Real Estate. Having a wide-ranging background, including 10 years in agribusiness banking predominantly in the Manawatu, he has countless contacts within the rural professional and corporate sectors. His farming interests started from childhood, being raised on “Cross Hills”, a 10,000 stock unit sheep and beef station near Pongaroa. He has also owned and managed a 240 cow dairy farm and has subsequently developed a comprehensive understanding of the dairy, sheep and beef sectors. Blair has an extensive first-hand knowledge of both the practical and financial factors which contribute to success within the rural market. By understanding the unique elements of the agri-business sector, including an in-depth knowledge of the Horizons OnePlan, his attention to detail regarding these influencing factors and market understanding is a clear point of difference and advantage for his clients. A father of two young boys and very family orientated, Blair is actively involved in the local community with the Newbury School Board of Trustees, a member of the Manawatu Marine Boating Club Inc and the Manawatu Referee’s Association. In his limited spare time, you will usually find Blair enjoying the outdoors, hunting or at the beach.

Stuart has been a name synonymous with Property Brokers Manawatu for over 24 years. Stuart resides in Feilding with his wife Andrea and has strong family ties with two adult sons and five grandchildren. In his spare time, he is a keen golfer, being a member of the Feilding Golf Club, enjoys a round of tennis when time permits and can be found out on a weekly road cycle ride.

| Ted was brought up on a sheep and beef farm in the Rangitikei district and is passionate about the rural sector. After managing a successful large scale Rural manufacturing factory in the Manawatu, Ted knows first-hand the value of relationships and how important communication and valuing time, is to client service. Passionate about people and relationships, moving into rural real estate has been a natural progression, utilising his business skills and a large number of contacts combined with his knowledge of the district and its features creating some real benefits to the business of selling farms and lifestyle properties. Partner to Lauren, they live on a lifestyle block outside of Feilding, when not at work Ted enjoys playing golf being a member at Feilding and Rangatira, as well as hunting, and socialising with friends. Ted strives to make every business dealing a seamless and professional interaction, and a building block to create lifelong relationships whilst doing so.
